The door seal is a protective device mounted on the outer opening of the transfer ramp. It serves to protect goods and employees from weather, draughts, weather and temperature fluctuations during loading and unloading of the vehicle, maintains a constant internal temperature and thus significantly saves energy costs. In the extended version it is possible to load goods without a loading ramp.
The dimensions of the door seal are universal, so it can be used for the whole range of trucks. The front and rear frame is made up of a solid steel structure connected by struts, which ensure compression in the event of inaccurate vehicle loading. The tarpaulins are made of highly durable material to prevent tearing or other damage, guaranteeing the quality and longevity of the product. Water drainage is ensured by lowering the front frame by 50mm. The front tarpaulins are secured by elastic grips that maintain its stable position. A complete door seal including fasteners is included in the delivery.
Protects goods from the weather, prevents draughts and saves energy costs
Stable construction with tear-resistant film, suitable for all sizes of trucks.
Rear and front frames are connected to each other by guide or scissor profiles. Both variants are resistant to impact damage caused by inaccurate vehicle loading, ensuring an effective seal. The guide profiles between the front and rear frames are equipped with safety chains. The scissor profile design re-tightens the side lining every time the truck is backed in and out.
The three-sided front and rear frame and the connecting guide profiles are made of hot-dip galvanised steel profiles. The rubber strips are fastened with screwed aluminium profiles.
Headsail: black, blue and green
Side sails: a white stripe on each side of the headsail for running in
Side sail and headsail: rubber strip reinforced with a double-layer polyester fibre support fabric, approx. 4 mm thick. Area weight 4,8 kg/m2. Temperature range -25° + 100°C
Lining on sides and top: single-layer, elastic polyester fibre support fabric, coated on both sides with PVC. Area weight 620 g/m2.
Note: the anchoring material is not included in the delivery and in case of mounting on ISO-PUR panels, the inner steel frame made of U 100 profiles is not included.
Type JSL is a canvas sealing collar. It is the ideal solution where almost continuous loading is required throughout the day.
It is available in both ramp and roadway versions. The dimensions of the gate seal are universal and can therefore be used for the entire spectrum of trucks. This collar is extremely tear and abrasion resistant. The side and front tarpaulins are made of polyester with a special fabric liner and leaf reinforcements in the form of elastic bands. Everything is high-frequency welded, which guarantees these tarpaulins high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and resistance to other damage. You can thus rely on the quality and durability of the product. Water drainage is ensured by lowering the front frame by 50mm. Like the JTL type, it is available with scissor or guide arms. A complete door seal including fasteners is included.
The inflatable door seal is a protective device mounted on the outer opening of the transfer hall. It is used to provide a tight communication link between the storage area, truck loading area and the building door opening. It is the most efficient and cost-effective seal of superior quality and long service life.
This type is recommended especially for facilities handling goods sensitive to temperature changes, such as cold stores, etc.
It also serves to protect goods and employees from weather, draughts, weather and temperature fluctuations during loading and unloading of vehicles, maintaining a constant internal temperature and thus significantly saving energy costs.
By inflating the collar cushions, which flexibly adapt to any size of truck, the space is almost hermetically sealed and thus excellently prevents the penetration of temperatures into the interior space. When unloading is complete, the cushions are deflated again by switching off the fan, allowing the truck to leave freely.
The protective extended tunnel is a device mounted on the outer opening of the loading bay. This special sealing tunnel is designed for the loading and unloading of containers and is manually unfolded and retracted using a side rail guide.
It is only available in a roadway version. When the container is loaded, the tarpaulin is pulled in to form a protective tunnel over the container. The goods are then transhipped in a protected environment, regardless of external weather conditions. Once the unloading is complete, the protective tunnel is retracted to its original position, allowing the shipping container to be freely parked. The side tarpaulin made of highly resistant material is manufactured in a thickness of 1 to 1.5mm, the front tarpaulin in a thickness of 4mm.
The gate seal is a protective device fitted to the outer opening of the transhipment ramp.
The JPL/S door seal collar is the ideal solution for the case of a pre-folded ramp, but can also be supplied in a roadway version. In both cases, the side sheets are guided by a rail.
They serve to provide a tight communication link between the storage area, the truck bed and the building door opening. The door seals guarantee maximum protection of the goods being handled as well as optimal working conditions. It also prevents energy leakage - heating or cooling and thus maintains a constant internal temperature. This enables fast, gentle and hygienic handling of goods.
