Sliding freezer doors with improved technology of traditional freezer doors improve the characteristics of thermally controlled passages.
Iso-Tek® panel construction is combined with a thermal sealing system to achieve better spatial separation of your throughput with lower energy costs.
We offer single or double leaf doors.
The panels bring better separation of the individual spaces and are "crashable".
Maximises the time the door is closed and helps reduce energy costs.
Reduces heat gain in cold storage and freezer storage areas, reducing energy costs significantly.
Panels fit tightly against the wall, yet release upon impact due to the unique panel restraint system.
This system delivers a heated movable seal while harnessing some of the energy of other door systems.
Opening: up to 1.25 m/s
Closing: up to 0.75 m/s
-30° to +50°C
Minimum - 1830 mm x 2440 mm
Maximum - 3050 mm x 6100 mm
Also available in double door version
The movable, tiltable sashes (k = 0.568 W/m2K) are 76 mm thick and covered with insulating foam. The panels are sheathed with 1020 g/m2 grey (white panels are also available) polyurethane fabric. Optional sightlines are 355 mm x 815 mm. The panel holding system holds the door leaf firmly to the opening, but allows the door to be bumped and used again without loss of functionality.
A 7 inch (178 mm) LCD touch screen interface that displays real-time door status and provides enhanced safety by allowing an individual to easily access the controller settings without wearing the necessary personal protective equipment often required to access a live electrical panel.
The tracks are constructed of heavy gauge tubing. Hourglass-shaped wheels allow the panel to rotate on the wiring, allowing the door to be "bumped" repeatedly without damage. Vertical support posts constructed from 2mm thick steel tubing, measuring 38mm x 77mm.
Fast running helps to prevent impact. Moving panels, panel restraint system and tubular track/track system helps prevent impact damage. Automatic reversing, in the event of an obstacle during closing, without the use of a safety bar. Optional visors.
0.75 kW brushless motor with brake. In the event of a power failure, the gearbox is disconnected so that the door can be opened and closed manually.
Consists of a heated seal guard strip, a heated floor seal and a heavily insulated seal front. (Optional: heated seal front).CONTROL UNIT
The i-COMM™ III digital control unit has a frequency converter. The IP66 unit is attached via an external connection that is fed into the prepared terminals.
